How it works
How it works
Five steps from 'something just happened' to funds in the account, with one person the whole way.
When the business is under pressure, the slowest part is rarely the lender. It's working out which kind of funding fits, then getting the file together. We try to take both off your plate: agree the route on the first call, then work through one short list.
- 1
1. Tell us what happened (about a minute)
What went wrong or what landed, how much you need, when you need it and what you could offer as security. There's no credit check to ask.
- 2
2. One person calls you
Someone who knows urgent business lending reads your answers and calls to fill the gaps. Together you agree the route most likely to land in time.
- 3
3. Get the file ready together
Usually linked bank statements, ID and the invoice or quote. For property-secured loans, the address, value, loan balance and everyone on the title.
- 4
4. Assessment and e-signing
The lender assesses the file. Every director, and every property owner if property is used, signs electronically.
- 5
5. Funds released
Money goes to your business account, or straight to the supplier, repairer or the ATO. Same-day funding is possible for some once the file is complete.
Choosing the route
We start with what happened. A late customer usually suits a cash flow loan. A broken machine might be best paid straight to the repairer with an unsecured loan. A larger or tighter need, or a newer business, may point to a property-secured loan. The route planner shows the likely answer before you call.
What we don't do
- We don't promise approval or a timeline. Speeds are what's possible, not guaranteed.
- We don't publish interest rates or "from" figures.
- We don't pass your details around a panel of lenders.
Common questions
How quickly can money land?
Same-day funding is possible for smaller unsecured amounts, $20k to $250k is possible same day with property, and up to $5m is possible within 24–48 hours, once the file is complete. Real files can take longer.
Does asking affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A check only happens if you decide to go ahead with an application.
Will my details go to lots of lenders?
No. One person works on your enquiry and approaches the lender that suits what happened.
What slows things down most?
Missing bank statements, a director who can't sign, an unclear purpose and unknown property details. Sorting those early saves the most time.
Can funds go straight to a supplier or the ATO?
Yes. Paying a supplier, repairer or the ATO directly is common and can help release goods or stop a problem growing.
